ADMA2024 Call for Tutorials
The 20th International Conference on Advanced Data Mining and Applications (ADMA2024) will be held in Sydney, Australia during 3rd ~ 5th December 2024. ADMA2024 aims at bringing together the experts on data mining from around the world and providing a leading international forum for the dissemination of original research findings in data mining, spanning applications, algorithms, software, and systems, as well as different applied disciplines with potential in data mining.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in this premier annual event through delivering courses and tutorials that focus on cutting-edge research directions and initiatives that are closely related to research and applications of data mining. Technically, each tutorial should give a comprehensive overview of a specific topic that covers state-of-the-art scientific research, development, and applications in data mining, and will stimulate our future work as well.
Expected inspiring tutorials should be educational rather than a simple technical survey. We encourage tutorials to focus on interdisciplinary, novel, or fast-growing directions and significant applications relevant to data mining. As part of our efforts to support the data mining community, we highly encourage application-oriented tutorials that motivate attendees to learn particular tools, open-source software, and applications, which can further promote the data mining community. A preferred tutorial should be organised as a half-day course. Longer course, e.g., a full-day course, is also possible if the topic is anticipated to attract widespread research attention. All the speakers of an accepted tutorial must register in full and attend the conference to deliver the tutorial, otherwise the tutorial will not be included in the conference program.
